Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for pooja, havan, katha, and satsang bookings are generally non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling
In case of unavoidable circumstances, rescheduling of the service may be allowed subject to availability and prior notice.

3. Cancellation
Cancellations must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance. However, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where the service cannot be provided from our end.
